Refunds, Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase in the case of functional or cosmetic defects with exceptions described in Terms of Service. You have 10 days after receiving the package to contact us. If the cable is damaged by you (Techflex, USB Ends, Coil, Aviator Connector etc.), you are not eligible for a refund or return. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us.
International Orders: Due to the logistical nature, all international sales are final. They can be returned and exchanged, but the customer covers the shipping costs. If you have any problems with your order, please contact us.
Custom Design / Made-to-Order: Returns are only accepted in the case of defects. Changes to your order can be requested within 2 hours after placing your order.
Group Buys (GB): Cancellations are accepted when the GB is still live. We don’t accept cancellations once it has been closed. PayPal/Credit card fees (5.40%) are non-refundable. If the cancellation is placed after the Group Buy has ended a 20% restocking fee will be applied to the refund.
